Welcome to my website!

As a long-time resident of Kingston and Rockingham County, I have seen people come and go. However, what many that live here want - and tell me all the time - are for those given the honor to represent people them to be honest and responsive.

In New Hampshire, politics is still a retail endeavor, one that rewards courtesy over commercials. Elections are won or lost  - and trust is built - by the doors you knock, the calls you return, and the assistance you provide. As your state senator, I never forget these lessons. I am a small-business owner that employs more than 40 people, and it is my job to make sure they have the opportunity to raise their families, achieve their dreams, and be able to contribute to society in the ways they see fit.

However, being a Executive Councilor is only valuable if I compliment it with community service. I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, as well as a volunteer with my town's annual celebration - Kingston Days. The people I meet, whom are involved in that, are some of the most active members of our community, and I am honored to be able to work with such great people.

All this means nothing without family. I am blessed to be married to my high-school sweetheart - Susan - and to have five wonderful adult children. The work I do is just as much for them, and they motivate me every day.

Finally, I want to hear from you! What is on your mind? What can state government do to improve the life of you and your family. Click here to be taken to my Contact Page, and please feel free to let me know your comments, your ideas, and your concerns. Thank you!

One of my hobbies is to go out to Great Bay and get oysters. I love the outdoors and am always looking to maintain the natural resources of our beautiful state.
